From the beauty of a wedding, to the gathering of loved ones at a workshop, Lydia Taylor Floristry has artistry and connection at its heart.
My own wedding was planned in a whirlwind three days once restrictions were lifted during the 2020 lockdown. With limited resources available to us, we gathered cuttings from the garden and dried flowers saved from a previous family wedding to create a bouquet and buttonholes that carried a story of their own. That experience is reflected in the ethos of kinship, creativity and eco-friendly design, that I bring into all my work.
Having trained at the Judith Blacklock Flower School, and with flowers sourced from New Covent Garden Flower Market, I run my floristry business from my home in South East London.
