From the romance of flowers at a wedding, to the gathering of loved ones for a floristry workshop, Lydia Taylor Floristry has connection and artistry at its heart.
My own wedding was planned in a whirlwind three days once lockdown restrictions were lifted in 2020. With limited resources available to us we combined dried flowers saved from a previous family wedding and cuttings gathered from my parents' garden to create floral designs that carried a story of their own. That experience is reflected in the ethos of creativity, kinship and sustainability that I bring into all my work.
Having trained at the Judith Blacklock Flower School, and with flowers sourced from New Covent Garden Flower Market, I run my floristry business from my home in South East London.

With 15 years of experience running workshops, I understand the importance of creating a relaxing and fun environment for learning something new. My workshops are suitable for creative beginners, experienced crafters and everything in between.
